I build worlds, then I build systems that work in the real one. Plain English version: I got tired of renting the future, so I started forging it.

I write historical fiction, science fiction, and steampunk, and I illustrate every book I write. For Jules Verne’s Michael Strogoff, I did not modernize a few lines. I rebuilt the whole thing for a modern reader, drew all 32 full page illustrations and the maps myself, then translated the finished modern English into Spanish. Seven titles are live now in English and Spanish, with two more in production.

Writing at that pace is not inspiration. It is systems. It is discipline. It is showing up when the vibe is gone, holding continuity across a huge story arc, and still landing the ending like you meant it. That teaches a ruthless kind of clarity about what matters and what is fluff, and it transfers straight into building companies: ship the real thing, remove the noise, keep the mission clean.

So that is what I build. Quantum Arc Press, so a great book never needs a big budget. Rarefolio, NovaVault, RecallOS. Systems that do not treat you like a guest in your own store.

I served more than 40 years with the USMC Special Projects Division, loaned out in turn to several of the separate programs that had been running since the 1940s, the ones the Space Force finally pulled into one force in 2019. Part of that was going back and forth along Earth’s own timelines, correcting things the powers of the day wanted corrected. I did it under the banner of serving my country, with distinguished confidence and honor. Science fiction is the only genre where I get to tell you about it.

I split my time between Austin, Texas and Mérida, Mexico, where I keep a garden of taro, avocado, and native trees, and a stubborn belief that the future should be owned, not rented.

That means:

• A POS that doesn’t treat you like a guest in your own store.
• A rewards system that starts as points and evolves into crypto-based rewards.
• Built for any size business, without turning the owner into an unpaid IT intern.

Then I added silver. Because… of course I did.

Most digital collectibles feel like “a pretty file that lives somewhere.” I wanted something that feels more like an artifact something you’re proud to display and happy to own.

So I fused three things:

1. Beautiful, display-worthy CNFT artwork (gallery vibes, real interior value).
2. Provenance-first structure (clean IDs, clean series logic, collector confidence).
3. A real-world anchor: the silver bar mindset.

The result is simple: a CNFT that adds beauty and wealth to any place it’s displayed, home office, hotel lobby, lounge, studio, boardroom… wherever you want your walls to quietly say: “I collect with intention.”

We optimize for fast browsing, strong mobile viewing, clean navigation, and a premium “catalog of the future” experience.

Discipline in the details

We prefer consistency over cleverness, structure over chaos, and systems that scale cleanly, without mutating into “inventory gremlins” as volume grows. Every process is deliberate, repeatable, and designed to remain intelligible at 40 Collectible Originals or 40,000. Nothing here is accidental, improvised, or left to chance.

Each image in our collections is personally hand-selected, not bulk-generated, not algorithmically padded, and never filler. What the future Art Owner receives is not merely a digital token, but a curated, exhibition-grade collectible original, prepared with real-world use in mind.

To reinforce long-term value through disciplined scarcity and clear provenance, each CNFT in the offering is paired conceptually with a Silver Bar Token as part of a 40,000-token series that corresponds one-to-one with the 40,000 CNFTs in the collection. The token’s metadata is explicit: the CNFT is not redeemable for physical silver. It does not represent a claim, entitlement, or right to metal. Instead, it exists to lend contextual and narrative value to the CNFT, anchoring the art inside a coherent, serial-minded framework built for scale, clarity, and trust.

Human curation & quality control

While advanced tools may assist parts of the creative workflow, final image selection, validation, and production quality control are always performed by humans. This responsibility is never delegated to automation.

Every image that enters a Rarefolio collection is reviewed by a human eye, approved by intent, and validated against a defined production checklist. Nothing is “auto-passed.” Nothing is bulk-approved. Nothing ships without accountability.

Each approved image is manually evaluated for visual integrity, composition, and suitability for the collection, then routed to the correct master PSD workflow, prepared to exact specifications, and placed into its correct, versioned folder structure before final output.

This process exists for one reason: systems earn trust when humans remain responsible for outcomes.

AI is a tool. It can assist. It can accelerate. It can inspire. But it does not curate, it does not approve, and it does not ship.

We believe collectors deserve to know that a real person stood behind every collectible original, checked it, approved it, and ensured it met the same standards as every other piece in the collection. This is how we maintain consistency, prevent drift, and protect long-term quality as the system scales.

Automation may support the workflow. Human judgment remains the gatekeeper.

Sovereignty is the point

Rarefolio is building more than collectibles, we are building software systems that foster real sovereignty for everyone involved. That means clarity of ownership, transparent structure, verifiable provenance, and tools that reduce dependency on intermediaries where it matters. Sovereignty is not a slogan here; it is a design constraint. If a feature increases confusion, adds friction, or weakens the collector’s confidence, it does not ship.
