This license governs the artwork and related creative content associated with Rarefolio CNFTs
unless a collection-specific agreement states otherwise in writing.
1) Ownership and Scope
- Purchasing or holding a Rarefolio CNFT transfers ownership of the token itself.
- Intellectual property rights in the artwork, branding, and underlying creative materials remain with Rarefolio and its licensors.
- This license grants limited usage rights described below; all other rights are reserved.
2) Rights Granted to the Current Lawful Holder
The current lawful on-chain holder of a Rarefolio CNFT may:
- display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial use;
- use the artwork in personal social media posts, wallet galleries, and marketplace profile displays;
- resell or transfer the CNFT on compatible marketplaces, subject to platform and applicable law requirements.
3) Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- commercialize the artwork (including merchandise, paid advertising, paid licensing, or derivative product sales);
- use Rarefolio names, logos, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership;
- mint, tokenize, or register the same artwork as a separate digital asset or rights product;
- use the artwork for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent purposes.
4) Transfers and Termination
- This license automatically follows the CNFT to the new lawful holder upon a valid transfer.
- Your granted rights terminate immediately when you no longer hold the CNFT.
- Rarefolio may terminate this license for material breach of these terms.
5) No Warranty; Limitation
The artwork and license rights are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access,
perpetual storage, marketplace support, or future compatibility with third-party systems.
6) Priority of Other Terms
This license supplements the Rarefolio
Terms of Service
and
Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict, the collection-specific written agreement (if any) controls first, then the Terms of Service.
